Our first step is to meet with the owner to discuss how you envision your renovation, while taking into account other important aspects such as your family life, ideas and style.

Once project details are discussed and three estimates are submitted we will meet again to finalize your choice of contractors. Since we only work with the best of the best, you are sure to receive fantastic packages and fair pricing. Our approved and experienced contractors all have a passion for what they do and work in a timely and professional manner. Based on estimates received, we will strategize and revise the design based on function, budget and aesthetics while continuously collaborating on the layout, design, materials.

Estimates for each of the following steps will be provided:

• Demolition
• Concrete work
• Framing, Stairs, Rails, etc.
• Electrical work & lighting
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Drywall installation
• Flooring
• Countertops/Cabinetry
• Painting and/or stucco

• Discuss additions and/or removals
• Timeline/Scheduling
• Discuss legal aspects of project

When estimates are approved and design features are completed, we will sign a Construction Management agreement which includes timeline and payment options. The most exciting part for our customers is the start of construction, during which they have the opportunity to see their project as it progresses. As we build, we’ll keep you updated on any adjustments, as well as answer any questions you may have. You can sit back, knowing that our contractors are working professionally and sticking to the timeline and completion date.

Upon completion, we verify every step of the job is up to safety and industry standards. Once we complete the construction process, a final walk-through is performed in order to confirm everything is in working order for the homeowner.  From the initial construction all the way to post-construction cleanup, we take care of it all.
