A lifelong resident of Orange County, California, Brent earned his degree from UCLA, where he also played collegiate baseball—an experience that helped shape his leadership, discipline, and team-oriented approach.
Brent began his career working with RC Hobbs Company and Century American, a respected land development firm with a long-standing industry presence. Under the mentorship of Roger and Robert Hobbs, he played a key role in overseeing property operations, maintenance coordination, and overall asset performance across a diverse portfolio.
He later founded CONC Advantage, Inc., a construction and project coordination firm recognized for its transparency, reliability, and client-focused approach. Brent remains actively involved in all phases of construction and project management, ensuring quality execution, budget alignment, and clear, consistent communication from start to finish.
