We manage properties in Orange county from Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach to Orange and Santa Ana. We also manage up to the Mountains of Lake Arrowhead, CA.

C.O.N.C. Management responsibilities may include one to all of the following: setting and collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, Updating/repairs before renting, filling vacant units and potentially setting the budget for the property.
