CONC Advantage primarily focuses on property maintenance coordination, construction oversight, repairs, and project management for residential and commercial properties throughout Orange County.
Our maintenance and construction management services typically start at 5%, depending on the size of the property, scope of work, level of involvement, and frequency of service required. This includes coordinating repairs, scheduling vendors and trades, overseeing projects, conducting site visits, and helping manage ongoing property upkeep.
For clients needing full property management services such as leasing, rent collection, tenant communication, and financial management, we work closely alongside an experienced third-party property management team. Those services are handled separately and are typically an additional 6%–8%, paid directly to the property management company.
This structure allows clients to receive dedicated oversight for both property management and hands-on maintenance coordination while keeping each service clearly defined and professionally managed.
